Insurance
UK orders are insured to a value
of £28. Extra
insurance to the value of £250 may be purchased
for the additional fee of £3.50.
International orders may be insured to the value of £500
for an additional charge of £4.30.

Orders are normally processed within 7 days, however
this may sometimes take longer due to excess demand,
so please allow up to 28 days.
In the UK, unless otherwise stated,
shipping costs are included in the price you've paid
for the product.
Shipping prices for international orders will be
given at point of purchase.
Goods can only be shipped to your
billing address. If you wish to make other arrangements,

If orders shipped to your given address
are returned to us as 'uncalled for', then we'll have
to charge
you again to repost the items to you.

place an order for a new product, please

and advise you of when the product will be ready.
